The Aerospace Systems Conference includes site visits to local aerospace facilities.  These tours are intended to broaden the perspectives of participants by viewing vehicles, manufacturing facilities, research labs, operations facilities, and other aerospace equipment.  The tours are intended to promote collaboration opportunities between the host company and those of visiting attendees.  Local companies are encouraged to provide tours as a way to educate the broader aerospace community about unique facilities and capabilities they possess.  The 2016 move of the Aerospace Systems Conference from Los Angeles to the Washington DC area will enable attendees to experience behind the scenes visits to locations such as the Naval Research Lab, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, and Orbital ATK.
